Primary Purpose:

 

The assistant manager is a working manager and will be expected to participate in the activities required of all Nutrition Service employees. In general, the manager will be responsible for assisting in supervising, controlling, and directing the preparation and serving of food and for all Nutrition Service accounting procedures in an individual school.
